    Dear Sir,
    I was residing in Ondupudur, Coimbatore and have now shifted to Narasimhanaikkan Palayam. Coimbatore.
    I got my consumer number at Geethpriya Gas Service, Ramanathapuram CANCELLED and got REGISTERED with Shree Naga HP Gas at Narasimhanaikkan Palayam.

    Fo r booking gas cylinder, as suggested by by the Gas Agency I tried to UNREGISTER and tried to book for fresh supply of gas cylinder. But I get the reply saying that ‘THIS MOBILE IS REGISTERED W SOME OTHER CUSTOMER,PLS USE DIFFERENT MOBILE FOR BOOKING YOUR REFILL’.
    Sir,I have two mobile numbers: 9488153900 and8122307124. I tried with both the numbers, but get the same reply.

    Sir, I am a senior citizen (aged 74). Please help me in this matter,

    Hello Sir,

    I am holding HP domestic gas connection, my consumer number is 656286 and the distributor is Maruthi Gas company, Varthur, Bangalore (Mo. 09066542566).

    For last 5-6 days I am continuously applying for the refile on auto mated Mo. no. 9964023456, till now I have applied four times following are the response :

    1st time : I got auto generated confirmation message, from HP and Maruthi gas company as well as. But next day I received a cancellation message with no reason, when I inquired to the distribution (Mo. 09066542566) the concern person said that the delivery man found lock on you door, but the question is why the delivery man or distributor did not intimate me his presence ?
    Then the concern person asked me to rebook.

    2nd Attempt : After 2nd time booking I received a confirmation message, but after few hours I got cancellation message. again when I discussed with distributor (Mo. 09066542566)then she said “sir your Aadhar card is not linked with us that is why we cancelled it”
    But I had already submitted the Aadhar card to the gas agency and bank as well while taking the new connection.
    further I discussed it to the head office of Maruthi Gas company on phone no. 080-25721933. where they checked and reconfirmed my Aadhar card.
    Again the Maruthi Gas company asked me to rebook.
    Then again question comes when evry thing is ok, then how they can cancel the booking.

    3rd Attempt : After 3rd time booking I received a confirmation message, but after few hours I got cancellation message. again when I discussed with distributor (Mo. 09066542566) then she said “Sir actually the rate is going to be changed from 1st Jan so we are cancelling the booking. Please rebook.

    Now the doubt full question : Why to cancel the booking, whether the distributor is increasing stock for selling or black marketing ?

    4th Attempt : After 4th time booking I received a confirmation message, but after few hours I got cancellation message. again when I discussed with distributor (Mo. 09066542566) then she said “Sir the server is down please contact head office ph. 080-25721933, I dialed the number 8-10 times but no one is picking the call.
    I found a personal mobile number of one lady employee there, where she was trying to tell me different excuses, but I was not convinced with any of her explanation. Then she assured me rof return call in 5-10 mins. now almost 1.5 hrs is passed away and i have not received any call….

    now the doubts come the distributors intentionally cancel subsidized cylinders booking of the consumers, so that on record they can show the cylinders are distributed, in actual they can do black marketing of thoes cylinders.

    A kind request to Hindustan Petrolium management to please look on this matter with sharp eyes, same things might be happening in other part of India as well.

    Dear sir, my hp gas booking no. is 228650 subsidized cash memo no.135368 dt.27/12/14 , but till date neither i ve received any cylinder nor getting any response over phone. kindly sort out this matter immediately and arrange to send the cylinder as early as possible

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I have applied for new connection online on 28.1.15. My Registration Referance No. is :3150292000012926. I went to gas agency and asked them for further process.

    They have told me to fill a new form for separate connection and online application will not be considered.

    Further they said it will take 1.5 months for allotment of new gas connection.

    Kindly help me in getting the connection at the earliest as I have recently shifted to Gurgaon and i’m facing great difficulties without gas.

    I am a school teacher posted near SALAR,MURSHIDABAD, but staying at KATWA BARDHAMAN and HP GAS connection is from KATWA HP GAS AGENCY. My address is temporary as I am staying as a tenant and due problem of landlord I have to change my landlord i.e. my residential address. Every time to change my address a non-judicial stamp paper/affidavit is required which is very difficult to me. So I want to know where there is any system to change address through online.

    Hello Sir,
    I had leakage problem while using new cylinder sunday 8-03-2015 I called a number 8525997999 it is printed in bill back side for emergency contact. I called from 10.30AM till 01.30PM 3 times he received the call and answer me lethargically finally he sent a person he change the washer in side the cylinder. On the same day night while we cook leakage problem continue I called a person Monday 12.00 PM he assured me to send a person and cut the call. Again I called the same number he told me this is not emergency it is an personal number and he gave me another number that is service person number 9789972245. But he is not willing to come earlier he had lot of complaints who will take care of these problem. Kindly let me know and replace the cylinder. We are working people we are unavailable at home from 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM. Service persons are not available we are at home. Still now no one come to rectify this issue we are suffered cylinder continuously leak now. I feel very worst service in your service personals and dealer

    1) i have not received subsidies on 3 cylinders booked from january, the latest is received. when i complained about the same to my gas service they said, because i have booked two cylinders in less than 21 days so i am will not be receiving the subsidy, when i contacted the customer care they said that aadhar is delinked and i need to link up again. i linked the aadhar . then they said that i will receive the subsidy by month end . i did not, i approached the gas service, they said again that i will not receive subsidy b/o the same reason. i called customer care again, they said i should atleast receive subsidy for one cylinder . i again visited them , they asked me to write a letter to the higher authority citing the same and asking for an explanation. what do i do ? no one to provide details. my complaint re no is 15015555
    2) is there a financial cycle followed to count the number of subsidies issued ? earlier i contacted the customer care on the same and they said no the number is counted from the past subsidy received and the number should not exceed 12 in 12 months . where as my gas service says that the financial year is followed. and if the financial cycle is followed then will the subsidy be carried forward to the next financial year?
    3) in relation to the above q1) in both the cases i have not received more than 11 cylinders in the financial year or since last 12 months on date.

    Hi, I am getting messages on my mobile no. that LPG gas subsidy has been transferred to my Punjab national bank account. Please note that I don’t have LPG connection in my name and nor any account in Punjab National Bank. Please check the same.
